But on the positive side the they made the drink quick and it is very delicious!
The drink is good. The reason for my three star rating is because the barista knew nothing on how to make a vegan drink. Had no clue on which syrups were vegan. I have no problem with helping a barista out. But when they look at you with a dumbfounded look like they have never met a vegan before is a little off putting. This Starbucks is in a travel plaza off I-77.....all sorts of ppl come through here. So hopefully they will do a little training and educate the baristas on dairy free/ vegan drinks.
Highly disappointed in this Starbucks. The staff is unknowledgeable & rude. Very unprofessional attitudes. My beverages have been made wrong multiple times, and I was refused a refund when they were "out" of a specific blend. Either stop at the Beckley travel plaza or wait until you are in Charleston. Not worth your time or money.
Unlike any Starbucks. Not very knowledgeable about their products, but they did replace my drink in an attempt to fix it.
We had a good time only set back was that it did not have alot of room!!!!
